Project:
RESIDENTIAL: Installation of monogrammed Gold Heat® brand of Electric Radiant Floor heat atop bathroom subfloor. The floor heat mat was designed with the homeowner’s wife’s name using the Gold Heat flooring wires.

Installation type:
Gold Heat radiant floor heat mat stapled to OSB subfloor. Installer set ¼” Hardi backer underlayment over heat mat, then set tile on hard backer.
Solution:
The cold tile floor in the bathroom is now a warm and comfy living space (even when the house is set cooler for the night.
